The vented liner is a induction liner or PE foam liner which have a whole and welded a breathable film on it. Air and gas can go through the breathable film, however liquid or solid product cannot.

Some product, for example, liquid fertilizer, or fermented products, will generate gas after filling and sealing the container. A traditional full sealing will keep the gas inside and the air pressure will get higher and higher. As time passed, the air pressure will cause the container broken or deformed.

Sealing with vented liner, the gas inside will go out through the vented film, and the air pressure inside and outside of the container will keep balance, thereby avoiding damage to the packing container.

Precautions:

The air permeability of the breathable film NEED match the viscosity of the inside liquid and gas generation speed. Otherwise, the liquid product will leak from the breathable film. Or the gas inside cannot be expelled in time, resulting in the destruction of the packaging container.
