통기성 라이너는 인덕션 라이너 또는 PE 폼 라이너로, 표면에 통기성이 있는 필름이 일체형으로 용접되어 있습니다. 이 통기성 필름을 통해 공기와 가스는 통과할 수 있지만, 액체나 고체 제품은 통과할 수 없습니다.

액체 비료나 발효 제품과 같은 일부 제품은 용기를 충전하고 밀봉한 후 가스를 발생시킵니다. 기존의 완전 밀봉 방식에서는 가스가 내부에 갇혀 공기압이 점점 상승하게 됩니다. 시간이 지나면 이러한 공기압으로 인해 용기가 파손되거나 변형될 수 있습니다.

통기성 라이너를 사용하여 밀봉하면, 내부의 가스가 통기성 필름을 통해 외부로 배출되어 용기 내외부의 공기압이 균형을 이루게 되므로 포장 용기의 손상을 방지할 수 있습니다.
