The two-piece induction liner is a cardboard laminated with a foil and sealing layer by wax. While sealing, the foil will heat and melt the wax, and the cardboard absorb the melting wax. So when you open the bottle cap, you can see a cardboard left in the cap and a foil bonded onto the mouth of bottle neck.
Features:
- The backing material is pretty thick, the thickness range is from 0.5mm to 1.5mm.
- The sealing liner will be become two parts, the backing material is left in bottle cap, and the foil and sealing layer is boned on the bottle neck.
- The sealing layer of the two-piece induction liner has fully bonded sealing feature.
Benefits:
- Tamper-evidence: The seal provides clear evidence if the product has been opened before use
- Leak Prevention: It prevents leakage of the contents, maintaining the product’s integrity during transportation and storage
- High sealing efficiency: with an automatic induction sealing machine, the production liner can output 200~400 bottle per minute
- User is easy to break through the sealing, as the foil and sealing layer is pretty thin.
- The backing material left in the bottle cap can be used as a wad to reseal the bottle.
Application:
One-piece induction liner is typically used in food, cosmetics product, beverage, pharmaceuticals, oil, and chemical products
