PE foam liner is a kind of pressure seals. It stays in bottle cap and offers a tight closure while twist the cap. To guarantee the aroma and taste purity of the product in side, we can offer the PE foam laminated with barrier film and aluminum foil.

The common PE foam liner will be cut in round shape used as a wad in a flat cap, or cut in ring shape used as a gasket in pump or sprayer.

For the application of sealing to wine or spirits, it’s usually laminated with PE film, PET film, aluminum foil or EVOH film on one side or both side, to make the PE foam cell have flat surface and high barrier.

For some bottle cap design missing retention ring, here we can offer a sticky glue on the foam backing side, it can stick into the cap firmly and will not trop out while open and close the cap.
